About
A directory with the pretending removed.
Every launch site ranks you by something it will not fully explain. This one ranks you by the number you paid, and shows the number.
The idea
Attention is already an auction — it is just usually a hidden one, run through ad platforms, upvote rings and whatever the algorithm liked that morning. TakeFirstSpot runs the auction in the open. There is one board, one ordering rule, and the price of every position is printed next to it.
No ads. No API keys. No revenue share. No accounts. You bid, you are listed, and you hold your place until someone wants it more than you do.
What it is good for
- A launch that needs eyes in the next 48 hours, not next quarter.
- Buying a specific position instead of buying impressions and hoping.
- Watching what your competitors think a spot above you is worth.
How it is built
Next.js on Vercel, Postgres on Railway, payments through Dodo Payments, email through Resend. Rank is a window function over paid totals — it is never stored, so it can never drift from what people actually paid.
The honest part
This is a game with real money in it. Bids are final, positions are temporary, and the only thing we promise is that the ordering is exactly what it says it is. If that sounds like a bad deal, it might be — read the rules before you spend anything.
