Refunds

Why

A bid buys a position, and the position is delivered the instant the payment clears. There is nothing to return. If refunds were possible, the top of the board could be rented for free by anyone willing to bid high and then charge it back — so allowing them would break the product for everyone else.

Specifically not refundable

• Getting outbid. That is the product working exactly as described.
• Not getting the traffic you hoped for. We sell placement, not outcomes.
• Changing your mind, or taking your listing down.

The exceptions

We refund in full when we are at fault: a duplicate charge, or a payment taken for a listing that never went live. Reply to your receipt and we will fix it without argument.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a delivered position gets that listing hidden and the amount removed from the board. If something is wrong, email us first — we are much faster than a bank.
